Library Lover’s Day

February 14th is Valentine’s Day, but it is also Library Lovers’ Day and it celebrates libraries, librarians, and book lovers. It started in Australia but the idea has spread and become more popular across the world. A library used to be a place where books were stored and there were places for reading and studying. Libraries have come a long way from their beginnings and offer a multitude of media for you to enjoy.
So how can you celebrate Library Lovers’ Day? By coming to your library, of course! We have lots to offer. Here are a few items you can check out to get you in the loving mood.
