Her reflections on creating spaces that nourish all five senses resonated with me deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">She describes surrounding herself with comforting details: a weighted blanket, a pot of tea, flowers nearby, a fire in the fireplace, and something delicious simmering on the stove. Her approach isn\u2019t about perfection or expensive decorating.
