As we wrap up 2025, we’re proud to share how your library has continued to grow as a vibrant hub for connection, learning, and community support. Our year in review infographic brings those stories to life with numbers that reflect real impact across our community.
One of the standout highlights from this year: CCPLS answered 182,039 reference questions, helping patrons find information, solve problems, make decisions, and learn something new every day. That’s thousands of moments where library staff empowered curiosity and offered trusted support—online, in person, and over the phone.
But that’s just one part of the story. 2025 was also filled with:
- Record engagement in reading programs—kids and adults alike spent hundreds of thousands of minutes reading, discovering new stories and building lifelong reading habits.
- Energetic community participation, from storytimes and events to workshops and digital learning opportunities that brought people together across all ages.
- A thriving summer reading program that inspired readers of all ages to explore new genres, meet fellow book lovers, and log reading minutes with enthusiasm.
